New film on the Beatles Apple Empire

The former Oasis front man is dropping the mic and putting on his producer's hat to recreate the Beatle's last days in swinging London for the silver screen.

His film production company; In 1 Productions is collaborating on the film with Revolution Films, which is one of the UK's most successful independents.

The still untitled film will be based on Richard DiLello's bestseller; The Longest Cocktail Party which details the chaotic rise and fall of Apple Records, which was owned by The Fab foursome. During the late 60's and early 70's DiLello was known as the "house hippy " and had a bird's eye view of the day to day adventures of the now legendary record label.
